PROJECT
For this project, I conducted a comprehensive social media audit of CYKLAR across TikTok and Instagram. I collected post-level metrics to calculate engagement rates and evaluate content effectiveness across views, likes, comments, shares, and saves. From there, I organized and analyzed all data in Excel, building pivot tables, comparative charts, and visual summaries to identify trends across brands, platforms, and content formats. I also analyzed comments and interaction patterns for CYKLAR and two competitors — Rhode and Sol de Janeiro — to understand audience sentiment, preferred content types, and key drivers of engagement. All findings were synthesized into 10 strategic recommendations to strengthen CYKLAR’s social media performance and content strategy.
