As team lead for an entrepreneurial consulting project at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, my team and I worked directly with the CEO of FUKU, a fried chicken restaurant brand originating from the Momofuku brand by David Chang. Over two phases, the project focused on identifying and understanding the primary target audience for the Coral Gables location and University of Miami campus, and developing a marketing and engagement plan to attract and retain that audience. My main contribution focused on developing the on-campus activation strategy for FUKU. I created two original concepts designed to drive brand awareness and bring students into the restaurant by giving them a chance to experience the brand first on-campus.
